As a veteran of 18 years, I've learned and developed leadership skills that have helped me the last two years as PTO President. My wife works at the school on the secondary side and all three of our children, identical twin 7 year old boys and 9 year old daughter, have attended Pinecrest Cadence since Kindergarten. During my time as President, our PTO team has focused on making a better environment for the staff while providing many fun activities for all the children K-12. Some of our events have gotten so big they require city permits. None of this would've been accomplished on my own, but as a team we can level any mountain. It takes a village to raise a child and our village is strong. I enjoy doing everything I can to provide an outstanding scholastic experience for all children even if it requires me to coach a team or volunteer as a mentor. I've had a rewarding two years as PTO President and I look forward to another term.

Hello, my name is Danielle and this is my 3rd term as VPC and 1st term as Secretary. My son will be going into 5th grade next year. I work at the Venetian Resort as an Administrative Assistant and in my spare time I like to read, shop, and design. I have been on the PTO Board the past 5 years now and it has been so rewarding helping the students and staff. I will continue to dedicate as much time and energy necessary to ensure we have another successful year filled with fun memories and events. I look forward to many years of being a part of not only the Pinecrest family but the Cadence Community as well.

Hi, my name is Lyndsie Summers and this is my third term as VPE. I have three wonderful daughters who all attend Pinecrest Cadence. Kyliegh will be in 8th, Paige will be in 6th, and Brooklyn will be in 3rd. Our family enjoys spending time outside whenever we can; bike rides and trips to the park fill most of our days. We are a Pinecrest family. I have been a part of the PTO for 8 years, I previously served as the PTO Secretary before becoming a VP. I am looking forward to another great year working with the PTO however I can be of help.

My name is Jennifer and I am a mother of two amazing kids, Brayden 14 and Charli 8. I have been a flight attendant for over 20 years. I love spending time with my family. We enjoy traveling, bbq, swimming, playing board games and just hanging out and making memories. We have been at Pinecrest Cadence for 3 years. I love being apart of our amazing PTO family. I have been a dedicated volunteer, a board member and this will be my second term on the executive board. I love planning events, volunteering and supporting our incredible school.

My name is Cindy, I have 4 kiddos at Pinecrest, one in HS, one in MS and 2 in elementary. I love volunteering at the school and being a part of all the kids’ activities. I have come to know a lot of the students and families and want to help in any way I can to make these short years memorable for them. PTO does so much for the community, and I want to be a part of that.

I possess the spirit of a 21-year-old combined with the knowledge and wisdom of someone much older. My days are dedicated to working at a comprehensive financial planning firm, while my evenings are joyfully spent with my four children, fiancée, and beloved fur baby. We enjoy playing and watching hockey—Go Knights Go! We also eagerly embrace new adventures through our travels. During my grade school years, I was consistently involved in student council and various sports. Now, as an adult, I have organized numerous events both professionally and personally. I am thrilled to be part of a school with such an active PTO and am looking forward to contributing to the activities it sponsors.

My name is Amarilis Alexander and this is my first year as Director of Fundaising. I previously served as Treasurer for 4 years. My son has attended Pinecrest schools since he was in 6th grade and graduated with dual enrollment. My daughter will be in third grade this coming year. I’m currently and in the past served in different boards nationwide such as the Nevada Interpreters & Translators Association as Secretary and Treasurer. Also, for the Law@work association based in Florida as a founding member. I enjoy giving back to the community that has done so much for my kids. My experience on this PTO Board as Treasurer previously and being an executive board member on other non-profits feels like a good fit.

Hi, I’m Shannon Shue! My husband and I have been married for 20 wonderful years, and we’re proud parents to three amazing daughters in ninth, sixth, and second grade. Our lives are filled with practices, games, and competitions—but when we do find some free time, we love to go camping as a family. We’ve been a part of the Pinecrest family since the school opened in 2016 and have been active PTO members from the start. Volunteering is something I truly enjoy. It’s important to me to stay informed, support our school, and help build a strong and connected community.

I have two children attending Pinecrest, and we thoroughly enjoy the school and actively participate in all possible activities. I believe I am well-suited for this position due to my outgoing and communicative nature, which enables me to engage others and foster widespread involvement, allowing them to experience the rewards of serving the school and witnessing their child's enthusiasm firsthand.

Hi. My name is Edeliza, but I go by Eddie. I have 2 beautiful daughters that go to Pinecrest. I used to be a stroke nurse at Sunrise Hospital, but now I just take care of my family, which includes a husband, 2 kids, 4 dogs, and a hamster. I am a good fit to be a Board Assistant because I’m pretty much at the school a lot (or at least it seems like it) helping out where I can. And I’m pretty available to lend a hand when it’s needed. I just want to make sure the kids have fun with the events held at school and that they have an adult that they know and can always say hi and hug when they want to.

My name is Becky and I'm mom to two wonderful kids, Isabelle (18) and Charles (13). I've been a stay-at-home mom for over 14 years now and I've loved every moment. Our family absolutely loves Pinecrest Cadence and I've been so blessed to be able to volunteer and support the school. I have been a Board Assistant for a couple years and this is a brand new position for me! I can't wait for this school year and all the opportunities Pinecrest and the PTO have to offer to our kids.

Hi! My name is Dayana Hernandez and my son Liam will be a 6th grader for this 24-25 school year. And I look forward to being a Board assistant! We love Pinecrest Cadence! And I enjoy being a part of our incredible PTO to make a positive impact for our kiddos! I have always made it a point to incorporate social responsibility into our life on a regular basis and I hope to show my little one how important it is. I grew up holding leadership positions in extracurricular activities throughout high school, college, and in my career environments and now I have the pleasure helping our Pinecrest Cadence community by being an active PTO member since 2018! On our limited free time we enjoy nature outings and enjoying quality time with family and friends.

I have been a parent at PAC for the past 7 years. My youngest is headed into the 6th grade and my oldest is about to graduate from PAC high school.I have been pleased with the quality of education provided to all 3 of my kids. I would love to serve in any capacity as I truly believe in the mission of this academy. I believe that parents should be involved with their children’s school to the best of their ability in order to allow this establishment to continue growing and becoming more successful.it would be an honor to be a part of this board as I’m confident that PAC truly cares about the well being of our children and really wants them to be successful in their endeavors.

My name is Jana and I am so excited to be an Assistant on the PTO board this year. I am a wife and mother to 2 energetic and amazing children. My son will be going into 2nd grade this year and my daughter will be starting Kindergarten! I am a dedicated runner, a semi-professional baker, and a mega nerd. I joined the PTO because education is extremely important to me. The best way I believe I can contribute to our Pinecrest family is to help ensure that not only my child, but every child in the Cadence community, has a safe and creative environment to grow and learn!

I am a mom to 4 kids. A 20 year old in college, a 7th grader, 5th grader, and a 2nd grader at Pinecrest Cadence. I was on the PTA board for 6 years,when my oldest was in elementary school and I really enjoyed helping the school and seeing the parents get involved in their community. We love to hike, camp, go to the beach and enjoy weekly movie nights as a family.
